1) лицо или организация, которой другое лицо поручает действовать от своего имени;
2) REG лицо или организация (депозитарий, брокер), на имя которой зарегистрированы ценные бумаги, принадлежащие другому лицу или организации (напр., реальному владельцу бумаг - beneficial owner), обычно для оптимизации обработки сделок; подобное лицо регистрируется в реестре владельцев бумаг в качестве законного владельца бумаг
